Volunteer Opportunities​
 

The following organizations are in need of volunteers to perform a variety of tasks.  This is an excellent list of resources for those in need of community service hours as well as folks with a desire to help others.  Please consider donating your time and energy and remember that it is NOT necessary to join any of the groups in order to offer your services!

Dimondale Farmers' Market

  • Count customers

  • Assist with set-up and tear down

  • Cook, serve or cleanup at community meals

  • Mow or cleanup yards

  • perform periodic minor repairs or painting

  • Dispense or pack-up Food Pantry orders

  • Pickup food orders at the main food bank in Lansing

  • Work bimonthly blood drives

  • Assemble and deliver fruit plates in December

  • Deliver meals to residents in Dimondale

  • Spread wood chips on park trails
